The Send Teams Message tool allows Neo Agent to send direct messages to your internal team members through Microsoft Teams.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Send Teams messages to individual team members
  • Notify technicians about urgent issues
  • Request input or escalation
  • Share ticket updates with relevant people
Setup Required: Follow the Teams integration guide to allow Neo to send messages in Teams.

How to Use

By default, Neo can message any internal user who has installed the Neo Teams app. You can limit this to specific users in settings.
