What It Does
When enabled, the agent can:- Search contacts by name or email
- Find contacts for a specific company
- Identify contacts to notify or add to tickets
How to Use
This tool supports:- Send to Additional Contact workflows
- Update Ticket Fields (when changing contact)
- Contact identification for communication
